Social Media Manager (Full-Time, Orlando, FL)
Role Overview
(This role requires a strong, deep understanding of motorsports and automotive culture, as well as availability for occasional travel.)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Social Media Manager to oversee daily content publishing, scheduling, and performance across multiple TRC brand and client accounts. This role is execution-focused, ensuring consistent, accurate, and on-brand posting across platforms, while also contributing basic creative assets when needed.
This is a full-time position based in Orlando, FL, working closely with TRC’s creative, production, and client teams. While this is not a full-time content creator role, the ideal candidate thinks creatively, understands social-first content, and can independently execute simple edits, graphics, or videos when approved.
Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Publishing
- Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms as needed
- Maintain and manage weekly content calendars for multiple brands and clients
- Ensure all posts align with each brand’s voice, style, and posting guidelines
- Track posting cadence, deadlines, and campaign timelines
Client & Brand Management
- Manage multiple brand and client social accounts with different goals and requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met
- Keep detailed notes on brand rules, posting requirements, and approvals
Coordination & Workflow
- Work closely with video editors, photographers, and content creators to source assets
- Organize incoming content from events, shoots, shops, and reposts
- Identify content gaps, missing assets, or scheduling issues before they affect posting
Basic Creative, Videography & Editing Support
- Shoot and edit basic, high-quality content when needed, including interviews, B-roll, event coverage, studio spots, and lifestyle automotive scenes
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms
- Handle basic cuts, transitions, text overlays, light graphics, audio balancing, and color correction
- Create simple promotional assets such as clean graphics, flyers, or text-based posts that align with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with the creative team on content ideas and independently execute approved concepts
This role is not responsible for full-scale production, but should be capable of creating and editing simple, polished assets without relying entirely on others.
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor engagement and post performance across platforms
- Identify content formats and trends that perform best per account
- Provide basic performance insights and recommendations as needed
Brand Consistency & Quality Control
- Review captions, hashtags, and formats before publishing
- Maintain consistency across platforms and accounts
- Keep an organized system for tracking posted and scheduled content
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or clients
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and short-form video platforms
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with a team
- Basic photo and video editing skills (desktop-based tools, not mobile-only workflows)
- Access to and proficiency with tools such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
- Familiarity with automotive culture, motorsports, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage

Role Overview
That Racing Channel (TRC) is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Video Editor & Videographer to support the production of high-quality automotive content across our platforms. This role is responsible for capturing, editing, and delivering compelling video content that reflects TRC’s cinematic style and storytelling standards.
The ideal candidate is technically proficient, visually driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments such as race tracks, events, and automotive shops. This is a position based in Orlando, FL, with availability required for local shoots, including some nights and weekends. You’ll work closely with TRC’s production and creative teams to bring automotive stories to life for YouTube, social media, and partner channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Videography & Editing
- Shoot and edit high-quality footage: interviews, B-roll, event coverage, studio spots, and lifestyle automotive scenes.
- Edit videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and other platforms optimizing for engagement and brand consistency.
- Handle transitions, basic graphics, audio, and color correction to ensure polished final videos.
Collaboration
- Work closely with content creators and production team members to execute video briefs.
- Repurpose longer video content into short, engaging clips tailored for social platforms.
- Provide support during local events capturing on-site footage and assisting with coverage needs.
Social Media
- Work with TRC’s social media team to develop and publish posts.
- Edit content specifically for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts).
- Assist in managing TRC’s social media pages to maintain consistency, engagement, and brand voice.
Technical Skills & Workflow
- Use your own camera, lighting, audio equipment, and a capable editing workstation.
- Deliver final video files in optimal formats for web and broadcast as needed.
- Maintain organized project files, backups, and version management.
Trend Awareness
- Keep up with trends in automotive visuals, video formats, and editing techniques.
- Help maintain consistency in visual quality and brand voice across all video content.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in shooting and editing video content; portfolio or reel required. (5+ years of experience preferred)
- Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with lighting, audio capture, and composition fundamentals.
- Experience editing Log footage preferred.
- Basic motion graphics and color grading skills are a plus.
- Strong eye for detail and visual quality.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage timelines independently.
- Self-starter attitude and team collaborator.
- A passion for automotive culture or motorsports is a significant advantage.
