Chip draw for pairing.
Bikes will be paired in the pre-staging lanes by the track staff behind the tower. When signaled, the bikes will take off towards the drag strip. The two bikes will pace one another at a start speed between 35-45MPH. Once the two bikes reach the designated start line, a traffic light will change from Red to Green. Green light means the race is on! If you don't get a green light you must return for a re-run.
Competitors will have a maximum of three attempts at a clean start. If clean start cannot be achieved in three attempts track officials reserve the right to DQ both racers. It's possible both drivers could be DQ'd for foul play/false starts.
The finish line is marked at the 1/4 mile time boards on each side of the track. The first to the finish line will get the win light and move on to the next round.

GENERAL RULES
Every vehicle must have a license plate, proof of current registration and valid insurance.

All vehicles must have a functioning radiator and water pump.
We will allow approximately 20 minutes between rounds.
Headlights and brake lights must exist and be operational (one of each may be removed during competition for any reason after passing tech).
Must be able to return from a pass on its own power under normal use. Breaking and being towed back will not DQ if the car is able to be safely repaired.

STRUCTURE
Cars will qualify into one of three classes. The top fastest mph cars will be in the Street King bracket, the next will fall into the Street Warrior bracket, then and lastly the Street bracket. These classes will keep similar powered cars together to ensure racing is fair and competitive. Payout will be split between the top two of each speed class.
HOW THE RACING WORKS
Cars will be paired in the pre-staging lanes by the track staff behind the tower. When signaled, the cars will take off towards the drag strip. The two cars will pace one another at a start speed between 40-50MPH. Once the two cars reach the designated start line, a traffic light will change from Red to Green. Green light means the race is on! If you don't get a green light you must return for a re-run.
The car with the higher qualifying speed gets lane choice, and the car in the left lane must pace the car in the right lane for ALL starts. The left lane must keep its front bumper even with the right. Competitors will have a maximum of three attempts at a clean start. If clean start cannot be achieved in three attempts track officials reserve the right to DQ both racers. It's possible both drivers could be DQ'd for foul play/false starts. Don't play games.
The finish line is marked at the 1/4 mile time boards on each side of the track. The first to the finish line will get the win light and move on to the next round.
There will be a breakout speed set for each class to be determined after qualifying. This is to help deter sandbagging. Also, keep in mind that the drivers meeting for the roll race event is MANDATORY and will take place at 9AM on Saturday before qualifying begins. If you miss the drivers meeting your spot can be forfeited at the discretion of track/event officials
